I really don't think that you could use that.. being as it was only over the internet. Nothing ever happened between them (phsycially) so I really doubt that you could ever sue the other person involved... Especially since you say that there were already problems before this even happened. But of course, I have no idea how all that works. I will say though, I don't see what good could ever come of suing someone over something like this. It doesn't fix your marriage, and it sure won't force the people involved to have any morals or anything.

Best of luck!

Conflict or anger itself does not have to cause an irreparable rift between partners. With good communication skills and a shared commitment to a marriage, even these are surmountable. How to save your marriage https://tr.im/72O9x

However, at that point where one partner is at the brink of abandoning the relationship, how can the remaining partner save their marriage? If you are at the point where your spouse has asked for a divorce, what can you do?

You must realize first that, you do have a choice. Often, when confronted by a crisis, we find ourselves backed into a corner thinking we have no choice in the matter. How can we change the situation when it involves another person's feelings or decisions? While we cannot, must not and in no way manipulate, blackmail or threaten our partner into changing their mind, we can actually control how we react to the situation. If anything, you must realize that you still have control over yourself. You have the opportunity to look inward and take responsibility for your own feelings and actions and even have the chance to take personal inventory of what your partner is trying to tell you. Are there points in your marriage that must be changed? If so, respond appropriately and proactively.

Follow the guilt! If you feel guilty then you know that you messed up in this area. If not, then you're O.K. If you are confused, and you can't make up your mind, then you need to follow someone who is more Biblically minded. Janet (the one before my advice) didn't really hit it on the head, but was close enough. Follow her advice. Me I say if your conflicted, stop! Don't do it again. That's what wisdom is! Try, Fail, Learn, and Try again! Good Luck!

God says you have sinned in your heart when you lusted after other women. So according to the bible, yes, you committed adultery when you looked at and lusted at other women. However, the world usually says no, it's not adultery, because nothing happened between you and the women in the pictures.
