What size breast implants should I go for?

I'm thinking of getting breast implants. I'm currently 5'9'' and 125 pounds, with an hourglass figure. I wear a DD or E cup. What size can I go up to without looking unnatural?

Firstly if this is a seroius question then you are very brave for posting it on here because you know how much you will be criticised- often by people who think that DD or E cup causes back pain, ugly bras, blah blha, they have no idea and/or they just don't wear supportive bras.

I am 5'3, small and have size 34G breasts- ( I am actually having a reduction soon to a 34DD) People often mistake mine for being fake implants which is really upsetting- I'm not sure if implants are lighter than breast tissue but mine, at a G cup weigh 3.5kilograms each breast, 7 kilograms is a big strain on my back so I wouldn't recommend going to a G, yet when I was only 1 or 2 cup sizes smaller I had no pain or grooving, etc. I think that for your height you could probably go up to a F cup at the most, please do not take this as an insult but because you already have a large bust and yet are slim you probably already fit the tall, big boobed bimbo stereotype that others always give out and people probably already think that they are fake (usually out of jealousy) so I don't think that going one cup bigger would make too much difference,

The "flatter" your breasts are to begin with, the worse and more unnatural it is going to look. So really think carefully if that's what you want to put yourself through. Besides, there is nothing as beautiful as a very small breasted lady who feels good about it. That's just so feminine, like able, elegant and lovely - unbeatable. Hopefully, you will get a taste for being that lady, so that once you graduate and become 18, you wouldn't even want that anymore. Getting happy the natural way is much more safe - and you just take a little step, and then you feel so good you would want to take another. So I'd cross my fingers that you become one of those ladies that are so nice to admire. Do it in small steps - that is how all real changes happen. Not on a big gamble like implants. You do it, and hope that everything will be different overnight - but will it? No, lovely little things, little steps where you leave your insecurity and fears behind you, and shine a little more for each time. That is loveable, and makes everything nice. Think about it ;o)

Well that depends... Do you want to look like a woman or a floating device.? lol..Nahh seriously though, you should get a size that us big enough for your taste, but not too big, for people to tell that they are fake. You dont want you bust to look nunatural. Breast implants, are supposed to accent your body, not say "look at me there's plastic in my chest!" Also I would suggest you talk to your plastic surgeon, about the size, because if you get them to big, it can cause stretch marks and maybe even breathing problems. I hope I was able to add some insight. but on another note, breast implants are expensive an. Are you sure you want to do that? Unless you have a mutilated or malformed breast you should avoid implants. Breasts are REALLY not what attract serious men. I suggest you implant yourself with some confidence. Otherwise you will find that the breast implant is not enough and you will start carving and stitching your body into some horror show.

If you are currently a DD, you already look unnatural for your height and weight. Forget the implants; the problem is not in your breasts, it's in your head.

First foremost: i have a hard time believing this question, but in the highly unlikely case that it could be true, here's my answer:

now why would you want to have bigger than DD or E? that's already so much strain on your back, more would just make it harder for you right? be happy with what you got i'd say

Why would you wont more when you are already a DD or E cup, you will only find enlargeing them will give you more problems with your back, With all the health problems now with implants why would you wont too,do you really wont to look like Pamela Anderson???YUCK
