Your missing the whole point, a man has 15,000 nerves in the head of the penis. A women has over 30,000 nerves in her clitoris. You guys that are not taking advantage of the clitoris and think that hammering on her is going to impress her, don't have a clue about pleasuring your lady.

you need to prepare the environment, women feel better and more relaxed if the environment is romantic.... then, a lot of foreplay, that will take her closer to the orgasm, and will make things easier for you... then, using different positions is what you need, those where she has more control of movement... she on top is the best... or... any where you stimulate the most her g-spot.... if do a good job she can have lots of orgasms....
