I was shocked to find out recently that Joy Behar from the View is not the woman who plays Corey's mom on Boy Meets World. For years, I thought this and whenever I saw Joy, I was like, ohhh look, that mother off of Boy Meets World really has a great 2nd career going for her. She's doing good for herself. I recently found out that they are not the same people because they have different names. I forgot what the name was of the mother on Boy Meets World but it is not Joy Behar. I find that hard to believe. I was so shocked. For years, I was mistaken. lol! But you have to admit, they have a remarkable resemblance, don't they. Joy Behar just looks slightly older than the woman on Boy Meets World. And it's understandable that I thought Joy Behar was her, because I'm now that Boy Meets World is over, that woman who played Corey's mom looks a lot older than she did on the show, and I thought her looking older was basically Joy Behar herself. But apparently i was wrong. Joy Behar is not her!

That is such a coincidence, I thought the same thing! I remember watching TGIF on friday nights and wanting her to by MY mom. . . jk but seriously she does look like her, they need some kind of disclaimer at the beginning of each episode.

What do I think of that? I think you're human and just made a mistake, that's all. I suppose she does resemble the mom from Boy Meets World a bit.

It has been ages since I have seen Boy Meets World but no that didn't cross my mind. Joy has a much deeper voice and pointier nose.

Yep. I knew that from the start and I love this show. The actress who plays corys mom is Besty Randle and and incase you didnt know they both are actually from Chicago in reall life.
