I have try many time to talk to her, but a the end we are always finishing on fight eachother. We have 2 beautifull kids and i know that i am making suffer my wife and as well them 2. I am the only one working in our family and my job is a very high post. I am not trying to find any excuses but i can't also allowed my self to loose the job. The situation is going worst day by day and now there is nothing much we can do. I lost all of them and it is only my fault. I failed to be a good father and a good husband and now most of the times i just think that i have no more sense to stay in this world.

Slow down see what is the most important in your life. Money brings things but those are just things. Your wife and if you have kids those are the most important. I know you are wanting to do your best and she has to appreciate the fact that you are trying however your time is more important. I hope your wife gets to see this as well. Good Luck!!!

It sounds like you need to reprioritize things in your life. If you are too attached to your job, you need to think of why and what maybe you can do to change that, whether take some of it home or not stay so late type of thing. If you don't treat her like she's your wife; that does make you an idiot and there are ways of changing that. It depends really on what your marriage is like now. I'm giving basic information based on what you've told us so far~

I'm glad you admitted you're an idiot. So, stop being one and swallow your pride. If your job is stressful talk to her about it. You have to learn to strike a balance between home life and work life. Just because she is a homemaker and dependent on you she does not deserve this.

Then don't just say it to her. Lip service ain't worth SQUAT! SHOW HER. Drop the pride act, you're not a Lion.....
and start spending time with her too, instead of LIVING at work. Workaholics don't sit on their death beds saying, "I wish I'd spent more time at work."
Now put on your big boy pants and get your priorities straight!

Work at your marriage ,and leave your work at work!
go to counseling, get another job, or reassign hours to be home for wife more, and work at your family.
