can i be a model?

hi, im 16 5'9 125 pounds, my measurements are
bust = 88'cm or inch = 34
waist = 64'cm or inch =25
hips=87' cm or inch =34 1/2
i was just wondering if anyone knows the requirements to be a fashion model..the reason im asking is tht nowadays all models seem to be anorexic thin...modeling is my dream and passion please give me your honest opinion and only geniuine comments and if you think i can, anyone know how i should get started? thnx 4 ur help!!!
p.s i also have big blue eyes, long & straight dirtyblonde hair with side-swept bangs, shoe size 40/10, my teeth are straight and white but my face is a little bit round, my lips are full and my skin is pretty clear except sometimes i get the occasional blemish... my nose is straight going up a little bit at the tip.. nd im ukrainian =)

it depends what tipe of modeling. If you want to be a commertial modelor "pretty face model" send your pictures to a agency and they will decide weather they want you or not. Most runway models are between the hieghts of 5"10 to 6" so your not exacly there but your very close so you should deffently send your photes and arange an interviwe with a runway agency.

Depends on what kinda model...runway, catalog, commercial, depends on the look of your face...high fashion or commercial. Normally heighth wise 5'7'' is the shortest so you are good their. It's no all looks btw you have to be able to take direction well.

well you seem a healthy height and weight, im sure your pretty, but im sorry, i dont know if they would take you. you are right in the fact that models are usually anorexic-thin. but what do i know? give it a shot! if they reject you, its their problem. i know this is your dream, but there are plenty of other jobs, that don't require starvation.

Go to a Model-Agency and ask. They can tell you, we can´t cause we aren´t in this business. Maybe they pick you. Good Luck!
