(actually, I have already answered this question,
but if you insist...)

I’d guess this girl is in love with me.
Music she likes? My voice!

Honestly, your info about that girl is not enough
to judge her. I would like to know something about
body language, facial expression etc,
especially behavior.
If she sulks, doesn’t apply herself: that’s it!

If she acts normal, it sounds challenging. I would
like to find out more about this person!

You are welcome

I would assume that the person is very shy. I'd have to interact more with her to find out if she's shy because of personality, because of some kind of emotional turmoil she's going through, because she's mentally "checked out" of my class, or because she isn't getting the material.

I try not to assume. I would have no idea what music they would like based on their behavior. I would have to have other clues. Also, I know lots of kids who don't talk much in school or to teachers but really get social and loud with friends or at home.

i dont make assumptions about my students, i would probably try to include that student in class discussions and try to guage if they are shy or having difficulty with the work, i also believe in getting to know my students through friendly conversations, that would reveal personal things such as the music they like etc, interactions with others can be observed in the classroom and the playground, imprtant to determine if the child has friends or is an isolate

First, I assume that there is a noise inside him. What I mean is there might be problems that bothers her or him. Or maybe, she is not motivated to learn.
Maybe they act very strangley. That they might be inferior to the students. And the worst, there are personal problems inside his family. We, teachers have different strategies to motivate them. And ofcourse as well as guidance councilors. One strategy I could give is what we call "suggestopedia" which surpasses psychological barriers of a student.
I hope i answered your question.
