i sometimes do although i shouldnt because theres a recent study that if you stutter or say "like" all the time, it means your brain and thoughts are going too fast for you to think it over on what to say.

I also can't stand the overuse of the word "literally." That seems to be the newest misuse in the American use of English. "I literally died." No, you didn't, unless you are six feet under.
