I really don't know...but I thought I would let you know that someone else ask this same question a few days back...but they didn't get their dvd at blockbuster....I can't remember the name of the place they said they bought it from...... since you are the second person who has ask.....I would bet this is the way this dvd is suppose to look...

I was just a clever design to make to movie look like it was produced in a cheap fashion, just like the main menu and special features menu in the movie.
