Jay is incorrect. There are legitimate locations to purchase discounted Disney tickets from. AAA, Costco, Disney Stores, and Sam's Clubs are just a few. AAA offers the best discounts of that group.

You can only buy tickets from Disney. They give the best prices online or in the stores, before you get to the park.

There are places, in and around Orlando, that claim to have discount tickets. These are places where, in exchange for listening to a high pressure timeshare presentation, they'll give you free tickets or discounted tickets.

There is no such thing as discount tickets available from sources other than Disney, though.

Oh my God! Don't buy them off the street as Sunlover suggests! With the dollar so strong at the moment, it's best to get them at the gate. Contrary to popular belief, there are no queues at Disney. You can get the Magic Your Way tickets which allows yo to add park hopper options, or extra days as you require. I buy my Universal and Seaworld tickets from attraction tickets direct though

Disney ticket prices are pretty standard but if you are planning on making a vacation out of the visit, you should try a travel site like Funjet, Expedia, travelocity, etc. and purchase your Disney park tickets with your air and hotel package. It may save you a little bit on the total cost.

We have been to Disney a couple of times. You can buy tickets off the street. There are booths selling them all along. They all give different discounts and day lengths. If you do not use all the days for instance, they will buy them back off you.
