How exactly do I set up internet and seperate email account for guest accounts?

I have recently got broadband and am using windows XP

you conncet the router to the computer then the way you have one email account you just sign up the same way for the others
if you cant set up the internet then you should call someone .. btw your on here so this is the internet where are you at a friends place or did your computer just log you on
