Borat or Sacha? I think Sacha is one of the funniest and SMARTEST people alive because he got average people to say and do stupid stuff and then made bank out of it.
Plus Borat searching for the love of Pam Anderson while driving an ice cream truck cross country was hilarious

I don't know about funniest man alive, but I do think Sacha Baron Cohen is one of the best character actors since Peter Sellers.

I like the part where he tells everyone that his sister inlaw is the 4 best prostitute in the country, then he kisses her. OMFG!! I think he`s hilarious.
