Recently when I plug My flash drive. Notebook won't detect it.
I'm puzzled! Please help

Try rebooting and attempting to insert it again. If that still doesn't work make sure that your usb ports are working by checking the device manager. trouble shoot and see if the flash drive will work on another computer. if it does the problem is your laptop. if it doesn't your flash drive might have died.

Try going into device manager and removing all the usb controllers, reboot the machine and let them be detected and load on their own, then try the flash drive again.

is the flash drive corrupted , did it lose it's partition ? is there a issue with the usb port use your disk manager and check the thumb drive that way , it may need reformatted

Hmm, I dunno. Try rebooting with your flash drive already inside. Does that help? Otherwise, I could only imagine your USB port is either (1) broken, (2) bad or corrupt drivers or (3) just disabled?

Pull it out, reboot laptop, and plug it back in again.

It happens to me sometimes...
