Yes they are very annoying. I hate when people sit on their butts complaining they are being held back or discriminated against, when they don't even try!

I think your question is an oxymoron. I think a lot of people are not happy or require a lot of attention and therefore feel the need to belittle others or grasp sympathy from others to satisfy some kind of strange personal need. If people would look on the bright side of things more often and use simple problem solving skills, we wouldn't have so much hate and anger in the world.

Yes.........and I get upset at the complainers on this board.
Most of the questions and complaints are so ridiculous they don't deserve a civil answer.
