YES! One attorney I worked for had a happy hour fridge that we could tap into after 5...so if you worked late, you drank up. He was a great boss!

I own my own business, and yes i let my employees drink as well, we are open from 10 am until 2 am 7 days a week in the summer time, so yes after 9 pm they and myself can have a few, but no one is allowed to get drunk
our customers will sit and drink with us as well
