Just format the phone memory. It depned on the model. I have done it on my nokia 6600 and hope it will work on your phone too. Its easy and harmless to your phone. Switch off and switch on your phone. While the light appears on the screen press the green call button+ * button+3. A vertical shade will come saying that the phone is being formatted. Hold it till the formatting is completed. It works perfectly on nokia 6600
