No. Any bra is to be worn for support of the breasts. Regardless of the size they are. As long as you get a bra that is the right size. Plus, it really is best to go without a bra at night when you are sleeping. It's better for the muscles, etc. around your breasts.

i guess they "appear" smaller with the sports bra on but no, they will not shrink.

no they only look smaller from the outside. my xgf always wore them and she still had some huge knockers!
