jmintecu says Daylight Saving Time was put in for the farmers. Got any proof of that?

I actually can say this with 100% certainty.
This is a government conspiracy bent on changing our way of lives & trying to increase their own profit as well as position in the social structure. Da man always trying to keep us down.
or.... Why do we have to do this daylight savings time again? FINE IT WASN'T ABOUT FARMERS!! It was put in for this reason apparently (Stupid gov't) http://webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/e.html

hi, it is going to initiate Sunday twenty eighth October 2007 at 2am, you need to positioned your clock forward an hour. on the 2d it is going to end on Sunday thirtieth March 2008 at 3am, positioned your clock lower back an hour. the government attempt to have it replaced in the event that they do it is going to end sixth April 2008...

Honestly, I am not ready to lose an hour yet......or ever!
And I was a little shocked that it's starting so early this year.
