we've all been there, whether it's people at our work or our family or new acquaintances or people in a restaurant, we all want to fit, and we care too much what other people think.
but frankly this is too exhausting which is being a football to peoples opinions, we should not keep giving them the power to control who we are and what we want to be...
so stopping it is not so easy, you should train yourself to be more confident in all your actions and reactions and, be confident in who you are and what you do and walk with your head up high...
good luck...

I know what you're going through. I'm always trying to do things that will get some kind of attention. I need attention, honestly. The thing you should do though is to be satisfied with yourself. You know you're a great person. Just know that, and people's opinions won't matter. Now, that doesn't mean you should go around nose-up saying, "Oh look how incredibly STUNNING I am!"
That doesn't do much good either. Just keep in mind, people's opinions will change, so don't try to meet up to all of their tastes. Just love yourself.

Well, do whatever it is that makes you think that and change it. Otherwise, sister i wouldn't give it a second thought of what they thought about me! They're not paying you, It's the main orangutan that you have to keep a good impression on. Now, if it's something illegal(and I'm not saying you are) that you're doing then, change that too! Try to think positive and do what you do best "just being yourself". You can't ask for more than that,(besides they're just jealous of you. Ha,Ha)

Why does what they think about you matter? Are you needing approval? Are you lacking self confidence? You should look to yourself for approval, along with your family and the higher power you have faith in. No one else should matter. I recommend some self help confidence building books to aid you in changing the way you think. It will take work, but once you understand why you care about what other people think and why you should not care, it will become easier to change. And that's all you ned to do. Learn how you can change the way you think about yourself.

it is a normal human reaction to want to fit in with people and be liked. but everybody is different - this is what makes people so interesting!

just be yourself and be confident. smile at everybody you meet, remember happiness is infectious and if your colleagues can tell that you are happy then this will cheer them up too!

write a list of the positive things you like about your character and read it before you go to work. go to work with these thoughts in your head and soon you will find that you will start to feel better about yourself.

remember what YOU think about yourself is the most important thing - be positive and others will pick up on this!

good luck! :)

Stop being so self conscious about what others think of you. As long as you do your best to get along with everybody and never do any wrong then what could there possibly be to find fault with. Always SEEK FIRST TO UNDERSTAND AND THEN BE UNDERSTOOD.

Enjoy life and be the nicest version of you that you can be but also bear in mind that YOU WILL NEVER PLEASE ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME, not even yourself. That's down to the ever changing complexity of Human emotions.

Why are you afraid? Could it be that you don't think much of yourself? My advice is to take some self-improvement courses or classes. If you speak english at your work, you could benefit from english classes for example. Such classes will improve how you think of yourself, the fears will be reduced, and your co-workers will reflect your confidence.

Hey you know what - all the time you spend worrying what others are thinking of you ... guess what ..... they're probably thinking of what you are thinking of them. Look at what it is that bothers you - are you happy as you are? if so does it really matter what others think? To some extent we ALL do this, its human nature as the social beings we are.
