Yuuko Ichihara from xxxHolic fairly very tall and you always see her head off the screen shots as if you're glacing upwards watching the anime.

Lita, from Sailor Moon, is pretty tall. She was so tall, that even though she was in Serena's class, she had to wear the uniform from her old school because they couldn't find a uniform in her size.
According to the Sailor Moon Role-Playing Game and Resource Book, she's 5'6", fairly tall for a girl her age (Season 1: 13-14). Sailor Pluto is also that height. She is 18-19 in Season 2).
Although it doesn't give her height, Queen Beryl is even taller than Darrian, who is 6'2".

Um...there's this fairly tall girl named Soi in the anime/manga fushigi yuugi (mysterious play), i guess.
