Lou Malnati's has a website that will ship them anywhere in the world. They pack them in dry ice and with security at the airports I honestly don't know if you can get it thru security.

In the 1990s there used to be a store in O'Hare called Midwest gourmet that sold frozen Chicago style pizza.

There used to be a place in the airport that sold partially baked, frozen pizzas ready to go. I don't know if they do that anymore.
