How are the sun conditions? The first year or two, the flowers are working off of what they got from the grower. But then if you don't have enough sun, they'll fail the third year. You might be able to bring them back if you move them into pots that you can then place in the sunniest part of your yard.

Definitely don't mow or cut the leaves until 6 weeks after the last blossom dies.

if you cut the leaves off of the bulbs right after flowering, it can drastically affect the health of the plant. It needs the leaves to make food for the plant, which is stored in the bulb.

It's a good idea to fertilize the bulbs, too.. now, while the plant is gathering energy. you can buy "bulb booster" at most hardware store garden centers.

Yes, the winter was weird, but if you cut off the leaves before they dies back on their own, your daffs will be weaker for it.

Good luck!

Wait til the flowers die back before cutting. Make sure they have enough sun. My friend thought he didnt have any buds, yet the chipmonks ate them instead. Make sure you give them bulb booster to give them more energy for the next year.
