I had sex on Feburary 26th, today is March 9th and yesterday I began feeling extremely nauseous, and I haven't been able to shake it. I was always under the impression that morning sickness doesn't last too long, although I know it can hit at anytime during the day. I counted it's been 11 days, would it be too early to be feeling pregnancy symptoms? Should I go out and buy a test?

Yes, I belive its too early to be feeling symptoms. Maybe you ate something that didn't agree with you, or you are very stressed, or you caught a stomach bug.

Most morning sickness symptoms begin at about 8 weeks or so into the pregnancy, not 11 days after having sex, but then, every woman is different.

For the most accurate results on a home pregnancy test, wait until you have missed your period by 3 days. I recommend First Response Early Result, which is one of the most sensitive tests on the market and can detect early pregnancies.

I swore with my first I had morning sickness from conception LOL If it's been 11 days, you are really too early to get an accurate result, alothough, some people have gotten positive tests as early as 8-9 DPO. The average and best time to test is at least 18 days or generally the day you expected your period and missed it. That will keep you from running out for more tests in a week if you get a neg by testing too early and we all know how painfully expensive repeat testing can be.

when i was pregnant i started getting nauseous 11 days after sex, even though a pregnancy test didn't show positive that particular day i just knew i was pregnant. I did a test the next evening and it was positive. My nausea came and went throughout the days with differing intensities, my appetite also disappeared. Test in a few days time. I have also had unexplained nausea reacently and i'm not pregnant this time so you can't really be sure till you do a test.

Morning sickness can last a long time. I never had it but my cousin had it all the time right up into her 4th month. If thats the only symptom you have, it could just be a cold or possibly mild food poisoning. If you have any other symptoms (such as a missed period or food cravings) take a test or see your doctor.

It's way too early to try a test to see if you are pregnant, you should wait until your first period or missed period to take the test. As far as the sickness, it could come this early, but it could also be many other things, a stomach bug, a bad meal, or maybe even your nerves getting to you worrying about it. I would just try to relax, wait it out and see what happens.

it will be too soon to tell on a test if you are pregnant but as for the morning sickness, it can last all day everyday, or it can be a temporary thing for the first few months of pregnancy. I will hope for your sake it is just a temporary thing if you are pregnant because it is terrible to have chronic morning sickness, I know from experience.

Yeah, it seems a bit too early to be feeling morning sickness. I started feeling morning sickness 8 weeks into my pregnancy. You should buy a test if your worried.

I like to say that it is never too early to get the symptoms ha ha..but i think you should do a pregnancy test. if it comes out negative, there is always a blood pregnancy test you can do as well.

Every woman handles pregnancy and it's symptoms differently.

I kept going to the Dr for over 2 months because I KNEW I was preggo and the Dr kept saying I wasnt. I had the nausea, fatigue and just felt "different" Turns out after my 4th visit when they did an ultrasound I was pregnant.

On the other hand..... your mind can fake your body out and give you symptoms just because you are so preoccupied with it.

Good Luck, hope it turns out the way your hoping for

According to my doctor, yes that is too early for symptoms. That doesn't mean you aren't pregnant, though. Your best bet is to do a pregnancy test.
