I am in my fourth year of menopause, wish I could tell you it gets better but I can't. I also have the bad itching and it seems to be worse in the Winter. I use to tub bath, was easier to just wash my hair and shave my legs at the same time, but since the itching started I have found out Showers feel alot better and the itching is not as severe. Our skin tends to dry out more during Menopause and the Winter months especially. I also will rub Baby Oil all over after I finish Showering, that has helped me a whole lot. Girl hang in there, I am told that it will eventually be over, but dang at times its hard to believe.

Hi,
A web site I recommend is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=547 by Steve and Becky Holman.
They teach you how to look younger and literally reverse the aging process. This program is not about drugs, supplements or gimmick. It's 100% natural: there are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop the aging process. They also teach all the things the you absolutely have to avoid if you want to slow the aging process and achieve your ideal body.
Regards

It’s Friday brunch time and you simply can’t stop going back with regard to seconds. But hang on! Stop for just a minute and suck on extra strong mint. The flavour may put you off that third plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is a lot easier – those diminutive portions suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to take less.
