these are experiences (past jobs) that u may have held that would qualify you for the job you are inquiring/requesting.
In essence. if you are applying for a job of a secretary. did u have a past job that required u to answe the phones, file etc.

what is in the job description for the position you are applying for? anything you've done in your life that falls into those categories would qualify as job related experience. other jobs, volunteer work, etc.

For example if you want to be a Vet then you might say in my free time i dog sit or volunteer at the SPCA.......
