It's that time of the month and I'm going to a formal tomorrow. My dress is kind of tight fitting around the tummy area and I was wondering if there was anyway to minimize bloating?
Answers are much appreciated =].

There are pills in the regular stores that take out water weight, I've never personally used it, but my friend swears by it. Also, do some stretches tonight and in the morning, it'll help release some endorphins to make you feel better.

You could try the natural route and drink a lot of coffee or green tea (natural diuretics). Or, you could try an over the counter water pill, which can be found at any drugstore. Good luck !
