How do I get stronger(but not brittle), healthier, faster growing nails? finger and toe nails.

Drink milk and take a dality vitamin. Also, clip nail straight across with a little filing around the edges. For even better resuts, pick up a nail strengthener. You can get them at any department store in the nail care isle. Just find a bottle that says nail strengthener...Sally Hansen is really good stuff. Follow directions on there and your nails shold stay strong:)

Eat healthy, use a nail hardener.. Salley Hanes is the best. DONT bite them, loosen your cuticles. Also getting your nail done at a salon will help them grow stronger. Vasiline.. I think it is them... They have a hand and nail lotion. Go to any store and look in their lotion section.

Eat lots of vegetables and if you want buy clear nail polish it will harden them. Also there is this thing that looks like a pen but it's something that you put on your nails and it makes them hard.

I have been takng biotin and a multi vitamin and my nails are at there longest and strongest.

take vitamins. use sally hanson "hard as nails". one coat every day, then take it off each week and start over.

use nutra nails or hoof.
u can get then at walmart,k mart, and etc.
they dont have any color in them.
its clear.

keep them clean, filed. dont bite them, dont cut them, and keep them moisterized. also keep them strong by putting Sally's Strenghtening Polish on them every once and a while.
