I have been suspended with out pay pending an investigation, but I have worked in the pharmacy for almost 11 years and they keep throwing policies at me and they won't elaborate on it. I wanted to know how long they can keep me on suspension, and how am I liable for an error made by a Pharmacist.....

Unless I know the exact error, it is hard to explain. There are cases in which the tech is considered liable for the incident. In the eyes of a pharmacy, the pharmacy tech is the lowest person on the totem poll. Even a first year pharmacy student ranks higher than a long time tech.
