Wow! Seven years. Please don't waste any more time on your lost love. I suggest therapy if you haven't yet moved on. When you are ready there will be someone worthy of your Love who will Love you back. You only get one life, this isn't a rehearsal - go live, love and have some fun.

I can empathise with you, when you lose something that has made you feel whole, it can have a devastating effect throughout our lives. I don't think you should take the meds route but it does sound as though you have never really talked honestly to anyone about the effect this has had on you. Find a good counsellor, get rid of all the negative feelings you've got about yourself. You may never come to terms with losing your love, but you can try to fill the emptiness with a more positive outlook for yourself. Hope this helps.

Therapy and meds.
I don't know, there are sometimes true mystical soul mate type things, and Idon't wnat to take away fromt aht possibility, but seriously, this needs some help. Least you can do for yourself.
And get your hormones, etc, checked. THere are biological reasons that some of us never pull out of a slump, you know!
