Click on the second page of the document and View the Header and Footer. Click on the Page Setup button (looks like a book). On the bottom left where it says 'Apply to' choose 'This point forward' Click OK
Toggle off the 'Same as Previous' button on the toolbar.
Scroll back to the first page and delete anything you have in the Header and Footer.

use a text box or a rectangle from the draw toolbar and put it over the top. then go to its properties and makwe the fill white and remove the border
