My house being broken into and someone harming my kids. I have the fear that I would not have the ability to protect them, even though I would do anything to keep them from getting harmed. We live in a bad neighborhood. My husband is a very deep sleeper, so when I hear a noise I am always the one to get up and investigate. What if one day there actually WAS someone there? What would I do? My dream is to become a black belt in some type of martial arts, then I think my fear would turn into confidence. For some reason I feel that it is my sole duty to protect them. So in a way I also fear dying, because if I died, there would be no one there to protect them, also.

I had a dream one time about a house we used to live in.The house had a pool.As I was going through the back yard I walked by the pool and couldn't figure out why steam was coming out of it.As I got closer all I could see was the pool was full of snakes. Then I heard hissing directly behind me.When I turned around I was face to face with a huge snake.I fell back into the pool.I woke up.I was dripping in sweat and my heart would not stop pounding.

Mine is living to be so old that I have reverted to the state of a fetus. I am so old that I have l no recollection of who or even what I am and people just pick me up and plop me here or there and ask me questions that I can't answer and they just nod their heads like they understand. I poop myself and have to have some person who has gotten to the point that they hate me because they only get paid $8 an hour . . . .

like you, mine is definitely dying...i know we all have to die sooner or later(hopefully later), but just the thought of not existing anymore, not being part of the world, being confined to a casket for eternity just outright scares me...and i know we're not going to feel anything, but just knowing that the day will eventually come is horrifying...=( i love being alive, and I would do anything to live forever!! lol

My worst fear is the fear of losing faith.
I fear that it's possible for me to lose faith in not only my faith, but in my family and close loved ones.

What's worse than being dependant on one person is not being able to reject someone who is dependant to you. With a girlfriend, both would apply to me.
Eww. Even dying is better.
