Just like a dog, or, usually you can litter train just about any pet.
First, if it poops on your floor, you move the poop to the litter box and then scold and show it.
After a few times it will catch on.
For any animal it's important not to overdo the scolding the goat will be afraid of you and not trust you. Goats are also aggressive at times so if you choose one to go inside your house make sure you know it's nice and put away all your glass belongings!;)

I've known several people who kept their goats in their homes. Not always trained though. But others find they can train them or the animals learn it on their own.

Some are just plain livestock and won't be able to be taught, but you find a smart one and they may catch on. You teach them as you would a dog. Some will get it, others never will and should be left outside becasue they are livestock. The ones who do get it are exceptions and are just the black sheep of the herd.

Goats make really bad house pets.
The poop were they are at.
They taste everything.
They climb on everything and play the piano late at night

Maybe you will have better luck then my friend did.
