They are very good for your smile muscles and they give you all the right nutrients for dancing a little jig. It is also a scientific fact that they release memory-boosting hormones that remind you how to be young, silly, and careless once in a while.

One or two Oreos (esp double stuffs) every once in a while is VERY good for you.

The best way to eat Oreos is to buy ONE bag, and get some friends together and pass them around, followed by a gallon of ice cold milk where everyone slurps out of the same JUG. Now THAT'S friendship and a good time.

Oreos are not meant for solitary consumption or anyone going through a romantic breakup.

(WINK!)

Some people would think the chocolate would be good for you, but the whole oreo is mainly full of sugar and other substances that are unhealthy for the body. You should atleast stick with the serving size that is on the bag so you don't over eat.

Oreos are only good in Moderation. By moderation we mean 3-4 tops. The cookies are high in sugar and the filling is pretty much lard and more sugar.

And they are the nemesis to my waistline.

Not real oreos, but at my house we get the sugar-free ones from safeway.com and they're just fine.

Icing in the centre? Chocolate? Not the best.

They are cookies, pure sugar, why even ask a question that you know the answer to.
Are they good for you, yeah sure, when you are having a hypoglycemic attack and you need sugar in your system fast.

Are you talking about the cookie or the slang term used to describe a black person who acts like they are white?
