the electro magnetic spectrum is the basis for all material in the universe. If you look at your hand or any seemingly solid object, with a powerful and proper type microscope, you will see that it is a vibrating field of energy being held together by those properties. How do I personally use it? to live to do anything that requires solid matter to accomplish. You can narrow the field to specific groups, for example there are radio waves for music and communication (cell phones and satellite TV)
