What, to you, does the color black mean?

many people are saying it means death and sadness....but to me...no. black is actually my favorite color. i love it....and not just cuz it will go with anytihing when u wear clothes...but i like it on everything! i have a black cellphone....a black backpack....black skater shoes. a black docking station for my ipod. its my faveoitre color and doesnt mean im sad and depressed. i also love black nailpolish. but i dont wear an all black outfit though unless it looks good. my friend also love black...but she likes blue and black together.

Black is conservative, it goes well with any color other than dark colors. Sophisticated, sexy and mysterious. A black dress is a must in a woman's wardrobe. Black furniture with other light colors shows boldness and acceptance and fun.
Although, black is used in funerals, over the hill parties. It is widely accepted. In china you see alot of black pants being used among the chinese culture.
In western world, among young people black as often seen as rebellion.
To me, black conveys sophistication, elegance and a bit of a mystery.
