You could put together a school car wash you can also put together a play or something $10.00 per ticket . this worked for me just ask you Principal for a OK and then get to work and more people will do it for a school

I'm guessing since you posted this question in the "higher education" section that you are in college...in that case I think a car wash might be a little sophmore-ish (if you don't think so then it's a good idea)...maybe have a fund-raising dinner/bbq/party...charge an entry fee, have a raffle, charge for food...something of that nature....like on National Lampoons Van Wilder...but be a titch more sober.

carwashes are by far, the best fundraiser! or try a bake sale! a garage sale usually brings in more $$ though! : )
