judge ordered my mortgage account to be tranfered to my ex spouse

Depends on the court. The appeals court at the Strand in London is the highest court in England. If your case was heard at a sessions or a high court you can appeal. It will cost an arm & a leg, so seek sound legal advice before proceeding.

You can appeal against almost any civil matter a judge has decided on. Get a free half hour with a solicitor (most of them do this now) to find if this appealable. Make sure you have a good case for appeal as well.

if you have enough money for an atty you can try to appeal it at the next higher level. you shouldve got papers with judgement read the fine print it tells you the next step in the appeal process.
