my mother has problems with expressing in words. She thinks she has said one word but in fact she has said different words. I tried to talk with her but she do not agree that she has said something. So I have problem. I am not sure what she has really said and what is wrong with her mind.

If it happens only once in a while, it may be nothing more than jumbled thoughts coming out wrong. I honestly have done this and I am in my thirties and I don't have a disease, just denial that I said it ( I could have sworn I said this.... not that....).
If it continues to happen and is more frequent, then I'd strongly urge you to take her to a doctor (make sure you go with her, to tell them what you've noticed.). Good Luck.

You are wrong also it should be she doesn't or does not agree. But I have the same problem, my 5 yr. old grandson is always correcting me. One thing you can try for alzehimer is to show her three objects, a button, pin and a pen for example and about 10 minutes later ask her what the objects were. I worked with these people and think I got most of my wrong speech from them. Went to the dr. and he did this test to me not knowing what he was doing. I got them right, so I is just my speech especially when I want to hurry.

Simple. You know those email your friends are always sending asking you a mix of questions. Like, what time you got up, what is your favorite color, movie, or car, do you like steak or chicken and why, tattoos ? why and why not? etc. etc. etc. Ask her to write down her answers. Tell her it's a email game or whatever. Ask open ended questions (not yes or no) stuff she will have to elaborate on. Then read it and see if there are words out of place or used in the wrong context. If so I would suggest she might be suffering mentally and advise seeking medical advice.

She probably needs to see the doctor, it could be something serious. Brain tumor, Alzheimer's or just old age.

That is a sign of Alzheimer's disease, and also of a stroke. You should take her for a full physical exam to be sure it WASN'T a stroke, and that they can prevent more of them if it was!
