what do I have to pay for garbage disposal when I move to my Munich flat next august?????

You need to contact the city office in Munich. They are responsible for picking up the garbage and send you the bill for that. Normally if you are staying in a rent apartment, your landlord do that and put it in the year bill your part, how much you need to pay for that. If you stay in a rented house also here the landlord responsible for that, he/she charging than from you. It's cost not much, few Euros every month. Paper and Recycling picking up is free.
