It could be, go and see your GP they can do a more sensitive test. For now treat your body like you are pregnant, take vitamins and take extra special care of yourself.

I have PCOS and I know how frustrating it can be so hang in there.

THE TEST CAN SHOW FALSE NEGATIVE
NEVER FALSE POSITIVE
My first child never showed up on a pregnancy test, not even when i was 9months. The best way is to go to get a blood test, here is 2 things that i noticed when i was pregnant, and it did work on other mommies to,... no guarantees though,...
MY BREAST WHERE HURTING,... like i wasn't wearing a bra for a week or so
and 2. i was 100%sure i wasn't pregnant!
you know all the times you thought you might be??? and you made a test and you weren't??? well with all my children i was certain i wasn't..... and boys was i wrong...5boys... no girls...
Good luck, i hope this helped

One of my friends pregnancy tests didn't show she was prengnant until the 3rd month, but by then she had gone to the hospital and had a blood test done and she already knew it. Your best bet would be to go to the dr and get a blood test done. They are 100% accurate and can tell you if your only a day pregnant. Good luck to you, best wishes, lots of baby dust, and let us know what happens!!!

It could just be your period coming but that doesnt fully explain the odd food cravings. Go to your doctor and get a blood test done-blood tests are more accurate.

Only one way to find out! Go to the doc, you can never be sure about these things, especially not by people telling you over the internet. Good luck
