Pick something like say you like to do alot i.e. drink soda... cut the top and bottom off the can and cut down the side, open and flatten into a page, you can paint, ink stamp, glue...etc on the flattened cans and then bind together. You cold have a theme for the pages like what you like to mix the soda with(alcohol, food. friends, celebrations whatever you do when you drink soda) maybe this will getting you thinking good luck have fun

Maybe get an old clock at the junk store and use the cool looking gears and inards of the clock on the cover of your "book". It could be a Time theme. I think clock parts are really interesting.

an art book about junk...perhaps you could talk about assemblage and "found objects". why not call the book "Junk"!
