Somewhere on the couch (under a cushion, under the bottom, on the back, under a skirt) there is a tag and it will have a cleaning code. The codes are W, S, WS or X, I believe. Then follow the instructions on the links below. Whatever you do, follow the directions, if you don't you'll make a permanent stain. I found out the hard way and had to get all my dining chairs re-done.

I have a beige microfiber sofa as well. Every week I take a washcloth and scrub the whole thing. It gets all marks off from my kids sticky fingers and drinks. It does make it look a lot better. One time I had a stain I couldn't get off that way so I took my laundry stain remover spray and used it. It actually worked. It was just a generic brand too but it got the stain off that wasn't coming off with just a wet washcloth. good luck, you should try it!

Good luck. I have a microfiber sectional and used the cleaning kit that came with it from City Furniture. Now in each place where I tried to clean something, there is a water-type mark from the cleaning solution. If you have a warranty that covers it, call them to come out and clean it for you.
