Your best bet may be to experiment. Newports, I believe, are kind of on the lighter side as far as menthol, so I'd try getting a bag or package of menthol rolling tobacco, and another of regular. Mix enough for one cigarette, half-and-half, and see how it tastes. Adjust the mix one way or the other till you get the right taste. What you end up with, may or may not be identical to Newports, but it'll be to your liking. Then you know how much of each to buy and mix in quantity. As far as tobacco brands, you'll have to experiment with those too. Rolling and pipe tobaccos are not the same as pre-rolled cigarettes.

I don't think they sell brand name loose tobacco..you'll probably have to just buy menthol. Some stores will roll you one and let you try it, for free, to see if you like it..
