What domestic terrorism laws do you think he violated?

According to the news reports I've seen, he is at worst vicariously responsible for actions performed by agents which violated federal privacy laws. That's potentially grounds for a civil suit by those involved, but there's no clear evidence that he personally committed or ordered any violations of criminal statutes, let allow terrorism crimes.

I'd settle for "You're Fired!" and also deport him, he then just might learn how to cover his own butt, and then understand what he's just done to annoy our own identities and security...
