OK...lately I have been watching "the Sopranos" on A & E and they are constantly showing these commercials for intervention...there is this song...I think it is either Coldplay, the Fray, or Five for Fighting,. but I'm not sure. Anybody know who sings it and what it is called???

yes i'm 100% sure it's The Fray's "Look After You" I saw that commercial just a few hours ago
