The only skull I know of is in outskirts
walk ahead from the beginning of the level to where there is a hallway with a light. Walk in the hallway, turn around and look up where there is a flashing light. Jump onto it and then turn right and crouch jump to the roof....turn right again and follow the passageway which takes you to the ammunition and the Blind skull.
It's pretty pointless it just makes the gun disappear but it still fires. It's just fun to go up.

no dick, i mean drick your wrong first as master chief you must take a dump in the restroom in the space ship were you guys are getting shot at, in the begiinning
ounce your done taking a poopy ity poop, come out kill the alien who looks like he has a dildo stuck up his *** and get out
after that look up and u will see a skull it it is the vision skull it can tell who u are going to get married to in the near future
