these people next door to me have told lies to the council about me and keep phoning the police about silly things anyway, i am being taken to court and wonder if liars can be found out in court, he even threw dog **** over my window told the police he did not but a social worker saw it on my window and they are on my side

Get a camera and video record it and also take some pictures so you can have proof while you are in court. The more proof you have, the better chances that you will win this case, and the better chance that your neighbors would make things up about you and they wouldn't bother you about this since they would pay a big fine for messing up your house.
