It's fact. His question is a violation of terms as well.

I just got my first violation ever. Some punk wanted to know if he'd get in trouble for doing 95 in a 55 (also a construction zone).i have (had) a friend who was killed working on the road by the same type of idiot. my answer to him was not what he wanted to hear...

Well I suppose the argument could be had is that your answer wasn't really an answer, but more than likely I would think that someone just didn't agree with your comment.
