If you just want a video card added, you dont need a power supply upgrade unless your adding bigger ram, and more drives, then I would start to think about upgrading....
You also may void the warranty by changing the power supply.
If you do decide to go with a bigger power supply, make sure you dont buy the cheap ones. When this type of hardware goes out, especially cheap ones, they are known for frying the motherboard, sometimes every piece of hardware attached.......

Your looking for any ATX, 24 pin power supply.

For graphics card you have 1 PCI X16 slot, these are very fast cards, go for a Nvidia 7000 or up model......

Any of the power supplies will work for you. If you want quiet then you will be paying around 80-100 bucks. If you want everyday around 40-50. I have an ATI with 256mb and I love it. If you are doing alot of gaming get at least a 512MB otherwise a smaller card will be fine. If you have a PCI-E slot then that is where you want to install it, if not then in your AGP slot. Make sure you have at least 1GB of memory in your pc as well.

What's the budget? That board uses a standard 24 pin connector and a 4 pin connector. It also has PCI-e for the graphics. Here's a good power supply and three cards of varying price. You will need to disable on board graphics. Also these cards have digital only output. Make sure your monitor has digital input.

Well you need to make sure you do not have a proprietary power supply. Many Presarios's do. You need to make sure it will fit in the case first. That would be the most important thing with a non standard case.
