I assume you are now a legal resident of NV. If not, you cannot lawfully obtain a NV license.

If your driving privilege has been restored in CA, or if NV would not have suspended your license upon the same violation in NV, then you probably can. The best way of knowing is if you TOLD the NV authorities about your prior CA license when you applied for your NV license. If you did so, and they issued the license anyway, then you would seem to be OK to drive in NV. However, if you did NOT tell NV about your CA license, not only may you be driving with a suspended license, but you committed an offense when you applied for the NV license.

Yes. You may drive with Nevada license for 2 weeks.

If you have 2, then one of them is invalid to begin with. Nevada won't issue a valid licence while under suspension in CA.Betting you'll end up in jail if caught.

If you are driving with a suspended license, no matter how many others you have that are valid, you can still be arrested.

not in california. with a suspended california license you are driving illegal here.
